[1877] Move from babel-preset-es2015 to babel-preset-env

prev: nuxtServerInit cannot commit state

next: How can i commit a mutation in a .js other than .vue

Now when installing packages there is warning:

warning nuxt > babel-preset-es2015@6.24.1: �  Thanks for using Babel: we recommend using babel-preset-env now: please read babeljs.io/env to update!
[2/4] Fetching packages...

Maybe switch from preset-es* to env?
