[2659] app.styl not found on Nuxt.js - Vuetify Starter Template

prev: How to properly initialize app under SPA mode?
next: Update route parameters without re-rendering

I'm trying to fix this error because it always keeps saying that app.styl is not found on dependency.

But I did all correctly according to here: https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt.js/tree/dev/examples/with-vuetify
