[3287] Use jquery error "jQuery requires a window with a document"!

prev: How to distribute your project to website outside the root directory？
next: watchQuery does not watch when trailing slash is present and the query param is not

I tried many methods and tutorials but still failed. "jQuery requires a window with a document" I do not know how to fix it now.
